Mission Statement

Panther Creek Press is dedicated to publishing fine fiction, non-fiction and poetry by both first-time and established authors. It is styled as a regional trade publishing house paying standard royalties annually. Unlike large publishing houses, Panther Creek Press plans to keep work in print indefinitely, to give the individual author time to develop a long-term relationship with the reader.

Panther Creek Press publishes the occasional mystery or suspense under the imprint of Enigma Books. Touchstone Literary Journal, which since 1976 has been an independent magazine, also came under Panther Creek Press's umbrella in the year 2000.

We cannot read unsolicited material. Queries-with appropriate SASE-can be sent to Panther Creek Press at our post office box. No e-mail queries, please, but you may include your e-mail address in your query letter. We advise reading a sampling of our books before querying.
